Origin: Fujian
White tea is slightly withered tea with its body covered with fluffy white hair. Its process only includes 2 steps: withering and drying. White tea brews to a pale yellowlight red color, and has a slightly sweet flavor with no "grassy" undertones which often are compared with green tea. The highest grade is the Silver Needle. 

1. Water temperature of 90 C
2. Servings for 250 ml - 1 heaping soup spoon
3. Brew for 15 seconds
4. 2 - 3 infusions
