The compressed tea cake comes from Xia Quan country of Yuanna. Compressed tea is an ancient method of processing the tea for easy storage and aging. This is one of our tea that was imported when we first opened our first store in 1983. They are well stored and aged. Therefore, the tea is easily broken apart, unlike new tea that are not oxidated and aged enough.
1. Water temperature of 100 C (a must!!!)
2. Servings for 250 ml - 1 small piece equivalent to 1 teaspoon
3. Brew for 90 seconds
4. 3 - 4 infusions
