Origin: Fujian
From the countries surrounding Foo Chowin the Fukien province, Yin Ho also known as "Silver Needle" is plucked from early April to late May. The needles which produces the aroma gives a sweet perfuming taste.Yin Hao has the most silver needles among other loose jasmine tea. This tea can also be served chilled.

1. Water temperature 85 C - 90 C
2. Servings for 250 ml - 1 teaspoon
3. Brew for 25 - 30 seconds
4. 3 - 4 infusions
