Ku Ding produces an extremely astringent flavor, only using one leaf, the taste and astringency is greatly enhanced with Iron Buddha or any other type of Oolong tea. This tea can also be brewed on its own to reduce heat that can build up in our system.
1. Water temperature 95C
2. Servings for 250 ml - 1 piece of leaf only (or half)
3. Brew for 30 seconds
4. 4 - 5 infusions
