The fragrance from this special tea is similar to the tree's spicy bark that produces a smooth aromatic aftertaste. It is 50 % fermented and dark roasted.
1. Water temperature of 95 C
2. Servings for 250 ml - 1 1/2 teaspoons (Terracotta teapot recommended to perfect cup of tea)
3. Brew 1st infusion for 15 seconds
4. 4 - 5 infusions
