Origin: Wuyi Mountain, Fujian

World most famous Oolong tea, grown in Nine Dragon Cave in Wuyi Mountain. This tea carries a osmanthus floral aroma that lasts throughout nine infusions.

1. Water temperature of 95 C
2. Servings for 250 ml - 1 1/2 teaspoon (Terracotta teapot recommended to perfect cup of tea)
3. Brew 1st infusion for 15 seconds
4. 4 - 5 infusions
