This is our signature green tea. The tea is tiny and comes out spirally shaped, the bew is clear and golden and of exceeding delicacy, light golden lqiuor which opends with a fresh, crisp astringency with a lingering, mellow, and slightly buttery finish. It is a unique, superior green tea with much to discover and appreciate.

1. Water temperature of 80 C - 85 C
2. Servings for 250 ml - 1 teaspoon
3. Brew for 25 - 30 seconds
4. 2 - 3 infusions
